Looks good :goodjob:

Looks like Aerpro sent you the kit for the GD 1 and 2 where you would have required the GD 3 kit, I believe they all have a slightly different kits and with further slight variations for NAV unit upgrades, it's quite a mine field to work through but you did well to rectify that hurdle :goodjob2:

Umm... Did you mean to say...

Turns out the wiring maps for the speakers were completely different to the wire map on here? (not sure about the other bit)  :undecided:

I'm guessing you had to allocate a different pin/wire to get the camera working??

Job Done.

the OEM fold out camera is working fine. for about $30 to get working.

(Video) Pin 24 is Black/ ground wire for RCA yellow
(Video) Pin 12 is positive for RCA Yellow
(Power) Pin 10 is positive for the camera
(Power) Pin 22 is Black/Ground for camera
Note the camera is 6V so you will a DC to DC step down aka 12v in 6v out

also have a look at the following post

I'm using a DC-DC Buck Module 3-40V In / 1.5-35V Out from :link: Z6334 DC-DC Buck Module 3-40V In / 1.5-35V Out - Altronics

And the plug you will need is a TE Connectivity MULTILOCK 025, 2.2mm Pitch, 24 Way, 2 Row Female Right Angle PCB Header
I got mine from RS and the stock number is 712-1274

If I end up doing a sub I'll be doing similar in Kenwwood or Alpine, that Kenwood looks a bit thinner so might be a better fit :goodjob2:

I hope you didn't pay that price tag...they're $299 in shops here and online.

I pay $330 sale price which is not to bad and a 5 mins trap to pick it up. Or $310 with shipping.

The install take me about 3 hours put in. and you will need to remove the dust extractor under the seat to make it fit. Also there good ground point near the grove box. and you will need a set of RCA cables. I also wrapped the cables which help went running the cables. To get the cable to the battery there a grommet under the carpet on the passenger side. which I used or will need to drill a hole.

Sound way is great just enough to you give bass without going overboard

If I get a sub I’ll have it fitted by Alberts who did my Morel speaker install, if I wait till their old stock 70% off sale then the sub including install will be somewhere around $350, with my back I wouldn’t want to play around under the dash and seat for to long  :sweating:

Those dust extractors under the seat as you call them are actually the rear air vent outlets, put the feet setting on your fan and you’ll feel air coming out of them :)
