Hi Everyone

I’m an accidental i30 owner...

Earlier this year my partner and I were looking for a second car. Although we are in the uk, we wanted left hand drive (she’s American and can’t get her head around right hand drive, but we also spend a lot of time in mainland Europe).

After seeing plenty of junk, we stumbled over a 2008 French-spec i30 diesel wagon, in as new condition, with just 45,000 Km on the clock and ten stamps from Hyundai dealers in the service book.

Since then we’ve really fallen for it and can’t believe how well equipped it is and how gutsy that motor is.
