thought i would move my "introduce" post to here so i can add things as i go.
Basically i bought a i30 SR premium back in June.
Managed to get a cracking deal out at Orange so i went out one weekend and drove it back. It was a nice way to get familiar with the car.
Since getting it home i have done some light mods.
I had the exterior and interior detail and protection done through WSD. Ceremic coating on the exterior really cleaned up the paint and makes the white pop.
I also did the tint. Never had a car without tint so this was a must. Ended up going for 20% all round as a good compromise.
The intake was next for some more noise. Went with the Torcon intake with heat shield. Sounds quite good on the throttle.
Next up was some wheels and debadging. A mate works for ROH so i went for some RF1's in matte black. Works nicely with the Sunroof and white.
Future mods will be a rear swaybar and just paint the calipers. After coming from some heavily modified Fords (XR6t, XR5t and XR8) i promised the Mrs this would go down the same path....haha will see how we go
