Hi,

I have a 2012 Hyundai i30. Every time the car starts the radio switches on. I can't work out how to stop this happening. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi, Marg. Just to be sure, did you turn it off before you turned off your ignition?

I just tested my radio and if turned off prior to car being shut down the radio doesn't restart next time the car is restarted, I do have it set to show date and time when turned off.

In all my i30s (and current Ioniq) the radio starts in whatever mode it was last in when the key was removed.
