We've recently bought a 2017 PD Active to replace our 2008 SLX.  I really miss the climate control in the SLX, and was wonidering if it's possible to retrofit it in the PD.  Anyone know?

If not, I'm seriously thinking if moving the PD on and finding another make/model/badge that has climate control.  Never realised how handy if is!

Wow! Isn't that amazing. I know your climate is very different to ours, but neither the wife or I are that partial to automatic climate control.

Infact, the wife loves the fact her Active Kona doesn't have it as she likes the simplicity of manual controls.

I've had climate control in my last half a dozen cars and to be honest I tend to use it like a manual system. I never put them on auto for example.

I have several must haves when choosing cars these days (for our main vehicle) Auto cruise control, auto wipers (although I didn't get them o. My current car) auto lights are handy and now I have auto dipping headlights I'd prefer to have them going forward. But auto climate control is certainly not on that list.

I seem to be constantly adjusting it from too hot to too cold.  Always just set it to 24 degrees on the old car, and it worked perfectly.  Funnily enough, the wife never got used to it, and treated it like a manual system!

Fairy nuff. I've always found auto uses too much fan.. although to be fair I haven't tried it in my last couple of cars.  :crazy1:
