Hi Guys

So here it is my brand spanking new i30N Performance in Micron Grey. Picked up this morning from the dealer. Now I just need to wait out that 600mile running in period!

New bits for it in the garage already so watch this space!

Welcome. Congrats (very nice) :goodjob2: :goodjob:

looks great in that colour.... whats the running in period ?

It's a 1000 kilometres over here (obviously the equivalent of 600 miles) Apparently you are supposed to keep the revs under 3000 RPM during that period just to bed things in.

I didn't know that until after I did around 100 kilometres in a new one  a while back (lucky I treat new cars with respect anyway)

:link: Dazzler borrows an i30N for the day (or maybe longer) ;-)

Is it a N car thing or all of them ?

Just an N thing I think. Keeping it under 3k is near impossible when it just wants to rev but trying my best!

Couple of little mods for today. Red sill inserts and coloured N badges, I don’t know why these aren’t standard
