Hello, I am having an issue with the clutch switch. I replaced the switch on the clutch pedal because I got the stability control light on the dash and cruise control stopped working.
This gave me a code of P0704 (present at time of scan) and C1520 (inactive)  possibly due to the switch failure.

Now as I say I replaced the switch at the back of the pedal which I thought was faulty but the problem remains. I then see a switch that senses when the clutch is being engaged near the top of the pedal. Are these two switches identical as in part numbers and is it likely I have replaced the wrong switch?

It'll be the top one I think give the 704 code. the other is for the starter disengage.

I dont think they are the same but someone will know or point you at the right partsouq page
