So we just had a huge month with new members (160) which easily beats our previous best (139 in March 2015)

Now I did an exercise (when we were at 143 a few days ago) to see the split of models from our moderator reporting tool of new members and it only came up with details for 113. (no doubt Steve would have an explanation for that)

But the split of those was..

i30 PD             (N)         x  1
i30 PD             (SR)       x  13
i30 PD         (other)       x  9

i30 GD                          x  29

i30 FD                           x  29

i30 (Model not stated)     x 30

Other Hyundai or Brand   x 2

It is quite a fiddly job to do manually but I think some previous months the percentage of PD models and SR's in particular would have been higher. Interesting that FD and GD models were line ball and still so high!

If that holds to sales Hyundai will be happy with the number of higher margin SRs.

Will be interesting to see how everything goes when the Cerato arrives.

Even my mates 2006 Kia Cerato SI (that he uses as an everyday runabout) was a reasonable looking sedan.

That new model might pinch a few more sales off the Elantra which doesn't seem to be breaking any records...

That Kia looks bit on the plain and boring side I reckon, 7 year warranty will get the plain and boring buyers in though

Another huge month in June! 156 and counting (not sure if we'll get any more as it's already 8am on 1st July in Eastern Australia. 

Although, to be honest I'm not surprised. If you google anything i30 related we are one of the first sites to pop up!
