daughter has an i30 GD that has blown one brakelight. (LHS)
cyclops is fine, other side brakelight works. Fuse intact, reseated in case, known good bulb tried, (other working side) plus new bullb tested. Tail light filament glows, brake filament doesn't
what are the other options left to consider?
does the cyclops harness split to the body lamp clusters?
obviously (?) not the brake switch considering all other brake lamps work
she did back into a bollard, and I replaced the lamp cluster, so could the shunt have triggered a break in the harness? lens was cracked, but no catastrophic body damage or even in real terms was the cluster damaged much beyond the issue of failing a roadworthy compliance check if picked up by a roving plod.
