Possible starter motor problems

Can anyone help
Have issues car takes long time to start looks like faulty battery at first so when tried to start all dashboard  light flickering and if keep turning over will mosty start
So got new battery didn't fix it still doing the same
Thinking starter motor

Is the starter motor cranking the engine over at a reasonable speed or is it labouring? If it cranks over ok but takes a while to start it could be that some of the  glowplugs aren't working.  Does it make a difference starting when the engine is warm?

Seemed to all dashborad lights are flashing as if have low battery but will keep doing that for sat 15sec then would start would the fault that you said about also have missfire at low revs
Tried to up load video but to big for this site

Do we know if Rob has a diesel or petrol? If the latter then he won't have glowplugs to worry about.
If starter is cranking ok but engine not firing, then I would look for some other electrical or maybe fuel issue.
Does this happen all the time, or only when cold?
