I have a Czech 2012 i30 wagon that has a totally dead dash display.  This is the full graphic display, so I have no speedometer, tach, etc -- just a totally black screen.

I saw a thread on here about a possible recall or tech bulletin on this.  How do I get the dealer to acknowledge this?

As an aside, a few years ago the rear camera died, and the quote from the dealer is absurd.  Is there a source for the camera so I could replace it myself?  (I'm in Norway)
