The engine oil pressure light on my 2014 petrol I30 has started to come on intermittently when I brake but then goes off again immediately when i drive away. Oil levels are all ok.  Should I replace the sensor?

Yes, happened to me - cost me £12 ($22 AUD) to replace, problem solved

I agree. If you know you have plenty of oil and the cables are good, go for the sensor.
