Hi Colleagues,
Anybody encountered code P2196 error? Got a check engine light today, put my Ali Express cheap tester on it, returned P2196. No visible loss of power, no funny smoke out the exhaust, and no noticeable difference in fuel economy either. Car behaves normally, drove it on the motorway today up to 140 km/h, doing around 5,5 liters /100 km combined for today's drive. My2015 i30 CRDI has 127000 km.
Any ideas on that? Many thanks!

Pretty sure we've had this reported before. If I recall, a pre-cat O² sensor was faulty.

Sorry looks like it wasn't reported in our club, as I imagined. A quick look around the web suggests it is what I suggested.
