I am going through another spell of insomnia. It started on Tuesday. It seems to occur monthly for a few continuous days at a time.

Last night I went to bed at 11:00 pm and fell asleep OK. However, I woke up at 02:15 and have not slept a wink since then.

I can't put my finger on the reason and will tough it out. I will not be taking any pills or potions and hope it goes away as quickly as it came

I wonder if this lass could get me to sleep :-

I average 2 hours sleep a night, am glad my missus is 10,000 km away after watching that !!
