I've been a lurker for a while mainly regarding issues, which luckily have been few and far between but also for mods and seeing what everyone uses their i30's for.
My wife bought ours new in 2012 and it has been brilliant. We have had very few complaints along the way with just general maintenance required. It became the 'family' car in 2015 but boy, you certainly can fit a heap of stuff in the boot when packed right and we did a number of family weekends away with it packed to the limit. In late 2016 we bought a Santa Fe as whilst it was comfortable with 1 child, it would be difficult with 2, so it has been my daily driver for the last 14 months. We have done 80,000 kms in 5.5 years (only 7,000 in the last year as I don't drive much for work) and its been great.
Looking forward to reading a bit more about everyone elses cars and being able to contribute my experiences where possible
