"Hyundai i30 workshop manual" on google search gives you some options...

For older models you are most likely to get virtual machine image of GDS, which is the same program they use at the dealers. I assume it is the same software with version of newer models.

is unfortunately the only PDF I can find, but its not english language, and its only for the 2007 to 2010.

Lots and lots of pictures though.
