Hi all!

I hope someone can help me.
I have a 59 plate (first reg in 01/2010) of Hyundai I30 Comfort, 1396cc, 5 doors.

When I try to unlock the car using central locking all the doors unlock except the rear left passenger's door.
I have tried pulling the door leaver while pressing the central locking key to unlock but no luck either.
I can see the central locking mechanism move/flinch when I press the central locking fob or button in the car but there doesn't seem to be enough force to unlock it.

Would someone be able to help me with this matter?
I would appreciate any piece of advise!
Thank you!

Kind regards,
Alicja

Welcome  Alicja, unfortunately this happens from time to time with Hyundais.  It is usually an actuator failure. This is an electronic solenoid switch. The fact it is moving slightly would make me suspect the actuator is jammed or faulty rather than a broken cable.

A confident handy person can do these themselves but it's not an easy job. Plenty of info on here about your options. You might have to take it to your usual mechanic if not handy person though..

Check the rear seat child protection is not activated. To do this you will have to unlock the car and open the door from the outside latch. There is a button on the door frame to select on or off.
