So this is my third Infringement notice...... so now I have one from NSW, QLD and now VIC..... so now I probably wait for one from either Tasmania or SA as I work my way around the country

Infringement notices
An infringement notice is a ticket issued 'on the spot' or sent through the mail for offences such as speeding, parking illegally or toll evasion.
The infringement notice contains information about the fine amount and the alleged offence. You will have 28 days to choose one of the following options:
- pay the fine in full according to the instructions on the notice
- request to have the offence heard by a court
- dispute the matter with the issuing agency
- enter into a voluntary instalment plan if your fine is at least $200.
If you do not act on your infringement notice within 28 days you may be prosecuted in a Magistrates Court.
Alternatively, the issuing agency can lodge the infringement notice with the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER), and a $65.20 registration fee will be added to your outstanding fine.
You will be issued with an enforcement order with a new due date by which to pay your fine or take another action.
If you do not act within the specified timeframe, we may take one or more enforcement actions against you.
