What socket sizes are needed or to have for the i30 FD please?

Depends what jobs you had in mind. I have a Hilka metric 1/2" socket set which seems to have most sizes I need from 8mm to 32mm. I also have metric open-ended and ring spanners because there are quite a few jobs where there's no room to get a socket in. If you're replacing an anti-roll drop bar you will need an open-ended spanner to stop it spinning while undoing the nut.

Depends on the drop link manufacturer, some you can use an open end spanner, some take an allen key to stop spinning.
