Maybe if the Japanese police used cars themselves, the fleeing drivers wouldn't get away so much...  just sayin'

So, according to you.  If the local shit for brains steal my car, then goad the police into a chase (which I am assured is a regular stunt) you think it's ok for me to get my car back splattered with DIFFICULT to remove day-glow orange paint.

Adds to the insurance claim - full paint job - write off.
Not that you want it back after the local SFB has tried to drive it anyway.
