Title: Cluster lights / panel LCD - fading out
Post by: deejah on August 25, 2021, 19:53:06
Hello experts. I have a 2012 i30.

It is hard to see information on the instrument panel, LCD is fading out. I have replaced it in the past under warranty, now it happened again.

What part should I order/replace (part number)? I have searched for this in the forum, but since I am not a native English speaker, maybe I have not used the correct word.

Ola, seja bem-vindo!
I don't think the LCD is available alone but someone else on the forum might prove me wrong. 2nd hand units all come as one piece including the tacho, speedo, temp and fuel gauges, about A$120.

Hey buddy. Thanks for your reply and for the welcome message in portuguese :)

The problem is that due to taxes a complete second unit is expansive in Brazil. Still looking for a alternative solution...
