Title: Failing to start
Post by: Lorian on April 10, 2014, 21:20:15
Once in a while my i30 is failing to start on first turn of the key. Doesn't even try to fire but turns over fine. Turn it off and back on and it fires straight up.

Not had time to really diagnose the issue yet - or let the dealer look at it.

There are no engine mgmt. codes being inserted - but there is a P0007 in the temporary code table. I no longer have access to HMA to look it up. A quick  Google shows the generic version of the code related to high voltage on the fule cut-off switch - not sure if the i30 even has one.

Anyway does anyone have access or kept a copy of the i30 specific code list to look up what P0007 means?

Thanks.
