According to Hyundai DK the new i30 will be available with the 1.4 T-GDI with 140 HP...  :D 

Looking forward to testdrive that engine..  :mrgreen:

I'm hoping we get that in the UK. I'd be interested in the better torque of the turbo.

Hopefully it won't have sports seats with high sides as I don't like them, getting into a friends Mini Cooper is quite awkward and some of my passengers aren't as nimble as I am. I'd probably have got the 1.6 turbo but for the seats.

Thanks  Henning,  I like the interior. The exterior is handsome if a little staid in its execution.  Looks a bit nondescript although I suspect the boot has grown further which would be a positive for me.
