Hi tohis, ironically our weather has been unseasonably mild this autumn so far. Still seeing low 20's occasionally!

Drive carefully!

+ Looks like I'm going to get close to 80,000 kilometres out of my Calais tyres..
- being 19" low profiles they are going to cost around A$1000 for a decent replacement set...

@tohis weathers been as bad here. Got a lot of snowfall forcast tomorrow night and I got a 800km trip on tuesday... Just hoping the roads lool good enough by then that I dont have to switch back.

-Broke my torque wrench today when retightening the nuts. Think its out of warranty too, not that Id expect to find the recipt after 3 moves. Torque rods any good?

I've only done a bit over 66K in 30 months, but still a fair bit of tread left. Thinking about a possible road trip in October so will probably replace them in September in the mid 70's.

Tomorrow is walpurgis night, my 30th is just around the corner and my wifes birthdays tomorrow.

Guess were throwing one hell of a party, guests starting to arrive today and stay until there sober enough to drive home on Monday.  :drinks:

Got enough bonfire material for a good day long fire!

- I have three hours to clean the house before there arrival, and its big enoughto hoise 10+ overnight guests.

Anyone else celebrate walpurgis?

+Thanks to May Day I don't have to go to work on monday. Beer and sima in the fridge.

+ Waiting for the F1 time trials to start.

+ It looks like the temps should be above zero so I changed summer tyres today. Quiet and smooth ride when compared to the studded tyres.

Today I was in Joensuu watching the May Day's old cars parade. After a s**tty April the weather got better at least temporarily, having a sunny day and whopping +9 degrees!  Believe me, it feels warm after a prolonged season of freezing temps. Many car enthusiasts and motorcyclists dig their treasures out for May Day, which is seen as a start of summer.

This video is not mine, but looks like I was there pretty close to who made it.

Yeah, those sweet, sweet sunny +10's hit me over the weekend too and looks like it will stick around all week! :yahoo:

Shorts and BBQ everyday!  :bbq1: Got my potatoes into the ground and covered up my strawberries, hopefully harvest the first ones for midsummer!

When I was little, my dad had Ford Anglia vans as company vehicles and I remember going to work with him.
But no thanks, I'll give it a miss.   :)
