I just collated new member stats (manually) for the last month. (24th June to 24th July 2017)

We had 85 new members join in that time...

New PD model (only released in Australia so far I think) 13 new members + me

- 11 x SR or SR Premium (including mine)
- 1  x N model (on backorder)
-  2 other versions

GD Model

- 19

FD Model

- 23

Others - including not stated or other Hyundai Models/brands

- 30

Includes a Getz, Accent, Elantra, Mondeo and Kia Carens

The push to sell more premium models may be working!

Obviously enthusiasts are more likely to join Forums (much like we have a higher level of Diesel owners on here than the general population) but still a surprising figure.

That's a good amount of new members. I'm sure they will find the wealth of knowledge in the members and posts handy. I know I have.

well, I don't have Hyundai car,  joined because I'm curious what issues are having users in other countries with i30 (I'm mechanic/electrician in Kia service :) ) and maybe I can help some users with something :)

Many months we get 100+

The main point of the exercise was to see the split of the models for the new PD.

My guess is once the discounting of the base model starts being advertised (xxx drive away) then the Active will take a bigger slice of the Pie.

It does seem though that the SR will take a bigger slice than the previous SRs did.

Good to know. We have three technical advisors on the site (one is a very highly rated Hyundai technician and the others are self taught with plenty of Hyundai experience), but the more the merrier. Occasionally we still get stumped.  :goodjob:
