After reporting on a couple of very positive bits of feedback on my new modified PD, I thought I should report some negative feedback...

A kid about 15 on a pushbike said as he went past my parked car as I was getting out...

"They are a crap car mate.. I wouldn't buy one if you paid me!"

The little ba$tard did take off in a hurry!

He's probably heard his Dad say it to someone and now rides around all day telling everyone from Mercedes owners to, well, Hyundai owners.

Of course he wouldn't buy it, he isn't old enough to enjoy driving it...

Perhaps he is the son of Michael Bartsch the CEO of VW Australia. He always seems to have nice comments about his competitors cars. I see he was having a go at the i30N recently....

a mate who had an accident in an i30, replaced it with a chevy v8 pick up.
it has an efi 350 cubic inch ( 100cc = 6 cubic inch ). now I have two bionic ears and hear ok, as he left to go home I notice the nice sound the duel system made out exhaust . I've listened to a few v8's but some where too over the top.
so I mentioned that to him when I saw him next. he said a lot of people give him thumbs up when they hear it. he said no one ever did that when he owned the i30 crdi .  I just laughed.
