I brought a 1 year old i30 1.6 turbo from a ford garage last week it disnt have a service book or warranty book with it. All it had was the the manual should it have and any ideas what to do

I'd contact Hyundai UK and see what info they may have on your car re: servicing and or recalls done, etc..

Being that it has only been a week I'd ask for a please explain from the seller too. Service and warranty book are combined I think.
  • 2021 MG PHEV ( had 4 x i30 plus a Getz an Elantra and a Tucson)

Servicebooks are outdated  :mrgreen:   . but the warranty book should be there.

I'm sure Hyundai will tell you they keep the records online. Here we have a MyHyundai site where you enter your car details and then you should be able to see whatever services done (and other stuff)
