Thought , I'd ad a cooking tip.
Three egg's & Cream Cheese put in blender , then heat fry pan melt butter on fry pan & cook. then add blueberry's strawberries green kiwi fruit & double cream enjoy.!!

While we're on the topic of low carbs (among my favourite topics, and no sugar in sight), we're into full swing here with natural yoghurt with a sprinkle of almonds and some garlic, onion and chilli silverside jerky my current lunch option, all home made.
