After 18" wheel and found one of these:
5X114.3 18"x7" + 50mm Offset

Will this fit in 2014 i30 Tourer?

Possibly, what are they off ? I’d recommend you ask a specialist wheel/Tyre shop, if the wheels fit you may still require rim locator rings or elevated centre caps for the front wheels if not deep enough.
