Does somebody know if there is any TÜV APPROVED coilovers to i30 FD? 
Shark Racing got some coilovers but i don't know if they are TÜV approved.
 Anyone got some experience with these coilovers?

Have you tried Eibach suspensions?

They don't make coilovers to i30... I already got the lowering Springs from eibach, but its just not low enough...
