Hi all

?? By the window, I guess you mean the windscreen? I just went and had a look at mine downstairs in the garage.

I have a dash mat which is just loose, so obviously I had to move that. I can't see a seal between the two!

Even looking from outside the car the blacked out surround of the screen obscures that gap on mine. Although light isn't idea at this time of night.  :undecided:

Can you upload a photo please.

What model is it?

Have you owned it from new?

Looks to me like a replacement windscreen has not been fitted correctly, but my wife would tell you I am quite often wrong.

Wow. That is sad to hear. I love mine. Guess ive been lucky. Just a couple of issues with Blind Spot detection module for me in the first 16 months and 40,000 kilometres.

Mrs G had that in the new PD SR Premium and the dealer had to replace the windscreen to fix it. In the meantime we got one of their new demos as a loan car.

Plenty of warranty left, let the good people at Hyundai fix it.

What other issues have you had? You seem unlucky.

starting issue, turbo not instant (i put foot down it takes about 2 seconds for the car to start moving). after turning car off after a 30min drive car still cold the fan starts up like its overheating (Cold Mornings). i cant remember the other issue was rare but annoying only happen 3 times in the year.

My first impression, because I have done both; Windscreen replaced or bad install. Dash has been out for some reason.
That seal is usually well hidden and glued to the edge of the dash.
