Replacing both sides on my 2008 i30 2.0 CRDI, the garage have done the track rods but wanted £80 a side to do the ends so I'm happy doing that myself now they've loosened them up 😬.
Does anyone have any tips for ensuring I get the new ones screwed in the right amount so I don't screw up the tracking too badly?
Also the torque values? (Is there a tech manual anywhere with all these in?)
Thanks

You can't replace any of those parts without needing the adjustment afterwards.

Still not got round to doing this! I'm going to replace the ends then have new tyres and alignment so just need the tightening torque for the ball joint to hub nut please?
Cheers
