Can anyone tell me how much a 90000 km service should cost for 2011 diesel

Will the 90000km service also require timing belt to be replaced ?

I wouldn't know the cost, you can get that info from Hyundai.

The drive belt gets inspected at 90,000km or 48 months and after that then every 30,000km or 24 months.

I think Tim refers to the online iCare now, by the way Diesel = Timing Chain, not a scheduled replacement item..

looking at the price iCare quotes, you poor fella $1130

Inspect fuel vapour hoses & fuel cap
Inspect operation of lights/wipers, controls & accessories
Inspect park brake

Replace air cleaner element

@cruiserfied  worth waiting for Tim's input though.

$1130 :faint: just as well it doesn't require a timing belt :sweating:
$1250 Petrol , same interval incl the belt.

Not for me, I don't have a belt either, 90,000km service would be $360 :happydance:

You pretty much covered it mate.

Remember quote is all GENUINE parts and fluids (except engine oil which is dealer choice if you don't specify or supply). The Auto fluid, coolant and engine oil add up when you consider 4lt of SPIII 4lt or coolant and 5.3lt of Synthetic oil.

It was at the 90,000 km service on my first i30 that I changed to a non-Hyundai workshop and had the service done as per Hyundai schedule for less than half the cost.
I just couldn't justify paying what I was quoted.
Up until then I used Hyundai every time. Since then, I never have.

For my 2011 (but MY12) 6 speed diesel, I bought a genuine Hyundai oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter from these people:

:link: GENUINE HYUNDAI i30 DIESEL FILTER KIT (AIR+OIL+FUEL)FD,GD2 1.6L WITH TAXINVOICE | eBay

I changed my own cabin filter after purchasing this one:

I provided my own synthetic engine oil.

The mechanic ended up charging $350 for the 90,000km service.

This is compared to over $900 quoted by the Hyundai Fixed price servicing website.
