Removing fuel pump connector

Hello, I don't do icons and am barely computer literate. Yesterday, yep, Christmas Day, I had a total fuel pump failure on my i30 cw, 2009 petrol. Have removed back seat and disconnected fuel lines. The black and white  roughly rectangular electrical connection is stubborn. Is there a trick to this, as I don't want to apply brute force and cause damage.

There's normally a locking device/tap build into the connector. You will need to release that in order to remove the connector.

I don't know the exact type on the i30 but here's a few possibilities:
