Sounds like you'd be better talking to the people who have already done the prior modifications, injectors would only have to be replaced/upgraded if the engine is struggling for fuel which I doubt will be an issue unless some major head work has been performed.

thanks for the quick response sir craig, i've been reading a lot of mods here including replacing with a bigger TB.
so i guess i should not consider replacing my oem injectors since it will not give me the extra power i am looking for.
what about enlarging my TB, will it help?
also I have recently installed lightened waterpump pulley (since it is the only thing i saw available in the market) and no lightened crankshaft pullet available :(
i want to gain more hp with some addons

I am looking for doing the DIY intercooler sprayer i saw on youtube hehe

I think you really need to speak to a diesel performance specialist, lightened water pulley will have no noticeable benefit on a diesel engine due to the torque, upgrading the throttle body may help but that would depend on the intake manifold bore size and whether you need to have head work performed to make benefit of the extra air volume.

Diesels are more complicated than petrol concerning mods which is why I recommend you speak to a good performance shop.

hello arcanine03, with diesel the engine speed is controlled by the amount of fuel & they just have a full bore of air, they don't use a throttle body like a petrol engine.

Welcome! Not sure if you have upgraded your brakes and clutch etc.. as well? That is the only thing if you make major performance gains. You risk premature wear to other components or an accident if you don't have suitable stopping power.  A small gain is nice, but if you are after big gains it is often more cost effective to swap to something more powerful in the first place. Just my two cents worth!
