Found a K&N dealer in Sydney who stocks the new i30 PD 2017 K&N air filter. Its an exact fit. Part is 33-5050. He's getting me the cabin filter in from America next month

Cabin filters are already available in Australia, a little pricey (still cheaper than what Hyundai service want) but being they are cleanable it's cheaper in the long run, same version fits the PD and GD models http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=VF2037
