Hi Guys,

I'm two days in to owing my first i30. I'm loving the car so far. Do about 100km a day to and from work, so getting a good chance to enjoy it. I must be getting old, because instead of seeing how much get up and go its got, I find myself watching the fuel consumption and seeing how low I can get it!

Anyhow, I have a brand new PD i30 Active, petrol.

I have an SR DCT, but was more than impressed with the 2.0 petrol. Still a very nice car and a more pleasant ride on the higher profile tyres. I wanted the autonomous cruise so had to opt for the highet model. Not that I regret it. On longer runs I'm getting 6.5 to 6.8 l/100 kms now I have a few (20,000) kilometres up. Which I reckon is awesome for a performance model.
