Hello! I bought a cluster facia for my 2012 i30. Part number 84830 A5100RY. Mine is the plastic one and I wanted to upgrade to the leather type. In the online part catalogues there is no mention of left hand drive or right hand drive differences. My car is RHD and the facia I bought says LHD. I tried to install it but it doesn’t fit properly and I don’t see any visual differences between the 2 when compared side by side. Any help?

can't help with the differences but you have them side by side so maybe it's at the mount , maybe it's angled or offset differently for LHD and RHD

Best Guess for our market it could be 84830-A5800RY

That's using a VIN from a SR with leather



And I'm not confident our's is the same profile as this either, Maybe Craig @CraigB in WA could be up with the GD interiors

The dash cluster/cover is angled slightly towards the driver so I can only assume that the left to right side would have a minor differences.

I believe the Trophy model or Special Edition of the GD's also used the same leather look dash cover with the standard dash fitment.

True! When I was trying to install it the left side clipped on but there was a gap on the right side. The LHD one has part number 84830A5100RY.

There is only one there that I see for right hand drive out of the 3 listed, though I don't know whether it's the standard or leather type

I think a safe way would be to find a car local with it, get the vin, contact the dealer and get the number or try online.

What I've quoted previous was using vin of the leather trimmed GD pictured.

Maybe you could try a wreckers/breakers yard for one?

Oh! Because I was browsing on my phone it didn’t show the  LHD and RHD column on the right. I will ask a wrecker I know. Thank you everybody for your help!
