Title: FD 2009 auto

Filled it to the brim today, hit the reset button before filling up and Distance to empty is 606km..
full is 53L, been running at 6.8L per 100km
expecting more like a calcutlated figure of around the 760-780km mark

issue?

Distance to empty is always wrong on my petrol as well after filling, mine will say 620km's most times though by the time half a tank is done the estimates are more accurate and I end up with 800 to 830kms.

I think your diesel would end up with even better mileage still :)

That's just the way Hyundai DTE is designed...

Even if doing 1000+ km and then brimming it will only show ca 800 km in mine...  :disapp:

Yea thanks guys, well after doing 116 kms today the needle is still above the full mark....  (Topped up and rock method my dad taught me grhs)

The first half of the tank is larger than the second half so don't get too excited I used to get close to 600k on the first half only to fall short of the 1000k.
