Possessed
My i30's suffering from an occasional knocking noise from (I think) one of the front wheels or driveshafts.  It's a repeated knock once per wheel revolution, only noticeable at low speeds and regardless of what gear the car's in.

The mileage is about 38,000.

It's as if some debris, like a twig for instance, has got into the vent gap in the front disc and is hitting the caliper with each revolution.  It lasts less than a minute and then goes away completely.  We called the AA once, but their mechanic could find nothing wrong as the noise had disappeared.

I've taken the wheels off and spun the discs.  There's plenty of material on the pads and the front discs measure 22.3mm (right) and 22.5mm (left).

Vibration
Hi all,

I am not 100% if I am in the right area however I just want to raise a minor concern:

when I drive my '18 SR Premium, on a high way driving at 110km/hr, my steering wheel vibrates, this only happens when I drive over 100 -- I have new wheels on my car since February. Is this normal or should it not be like that?

Does it happen it anyone else?

Hadn't seen this particular review before. I like the way this guy does his reviews. Very honest and straight forward.

Door Handle (internal)
Hi, I earlier fixed my internal door latch cable due to it having snapped. The door was then opening and closing fine. The door has now jammed and will not unlock either from the inside of outside. Is there some sort or reset required?

Check Engine Light
Auto electrician took 11/2 days to replace MDPS coupling on my 2011 Hyundai  cw wagon. Said the computer wouldn't recognize the new part. Picked up car yesterday. Now the Malfunction Indicator lamp is on all the time and air con is not working and heater won't turn off either when switched over. Don't know what's happening .
