A big part of me wishes it didn't sell easy. I don't want to sell it, but circumstances dictate that it is the wise thing to do at this stage. Looking back at all the effort I put into it really makes me all teary to just sell it on a whim :(

Not even a little. I pushed her out into the yard for some photos, then pushed her right back in the garage afterwards. Guy is coming on Saturday to collect and take ownership

Did your bike sell Phil?

It did - last weekend someone drove through from nearby East London to pick it up and the bike was registered on his name on Friday. The guy was so happy and actually phoned me over the weekend to tell me how nice it rides and how he is enjoying it. I am just glad someone is able to use it to it's full potential again :goodjob:

I'll need to read up a bit on Tasmania's regulations. I checked with Aus but they seem very strict and they need an investment of quite a few AU$ that I might struggle to obtain legally :sweating:

It is sad to see the bike go, but another one will pop up soon enough after I get more of my ducks in a row :goodjob:

@Dazzler, when am I going to be expecting you, Mr Porter?

That's Funny.. My 1st ex-wife married a Mr Porter (no longer together, but that is still her last name!)  :crazy1:

Tasmania's regulations would be the same as the rest of Australia.  :Pout:

I guess a lot of people must get in on compassionate grounds.  :undecided:
