Dear All,

When my  friend who was sitting in back seat, was trying to get out of car, probably hit the metal strip strongly which made it fall off from my i30.

I have attached the picture. Could you please guide me how should I attach it back ? Should I just buy any glue and stick it back to the rubber ?

I see that (as you could see in picture), there was two holes in rubber, one is filled and second is empty, probably some material which goes in to the rubber also holds the metal strip?

Think there has been reports of this before and it is a recall.

but if still under warranty get dealer to replace.

I was surprised to know that they had to change complete window.
