I'm working on a little side project to integrate my gate opener button into my "lower crash pad switch". The electronics I am okay with (I think) but I'm curious about the switch itself.

Can I buy just a 'button' then pop it into the unit? If so, what's the part number?

Or will I need to upgrade the entire part to a model which has a heated steering wheel, rewrite the existing buttons then use the left over button?

THIS is what I currently have.

Part Number: 93320A 5110RY.

Cheers

You can certainly buy the individual switches though I've no idea what the part number would be to fill a blank :Dunno: a quick call to Hyundai service/parts on Monday would answer your question.

@tw2005 might possibly be able to track down a part number for you :undecided:

Each module appears to be a complete unit

no idea what's labelled but found these numbers as well from tourer

93320A6260RY

, 93320A6270RY

Single connector, so that's a single PCB in there . Could it be modified? The number of pins out looks the same so obviously not all used.

Looking at the last picture it seems like the switches are removable from the block :undecided:

I think for the models with headlamp adjustment, that switch is a separate module.

I saw that too but I think it will be the caps that remove. Under the caps I'm expecting a single PCB with surface mounted micro switches based on the fact there's just one connection to the harness.

Now there may be several PCB versions or maybe a couple and could be configured interanlly by agdding components deleted?

You have a GD, pull yours out and diassemble it. Then report back with images  :whistler: :D

Of course , there's is a chance you're right and the switches are modular and plug in but regardless, the only part I'm seeing separate so far was the headlamp . Very little imagery on this on the WWW.
