I have a clicking noise whenever i go over any bumps sounds like suspention noise seems to be quieter when braking but as soon as i release brake its clicking again but ive looked at suspention lifted car cant replicate noise checked all bolts they seem tight

Did you check the exhaust hangers?

The exhaust might just be low enough to be clinking away on the rear end
