Is there an adapter I can buy to install a standard double DIN head unit to replace the LAN1050EHGD?

Looking to get a new unit head with Android Auto and Car Play.

Fascia's available there and you just put your new unit model number into the space provided to see what leads are required, running a few questions by a car audio shop will confirm you're getting all the right bits and pieces.
