My voice activation to the phone has stopped working. It worked fine using iPhone but on changing to a Samsung phone, no longer works. It downloads the phone book etc but refuses to activate voice. My i30 is a 63 plate, any ideas as to what is the issue or what can I do?

Hi, Rees1t, and welcome to the forum.

I don't pair my phone for security reasons but this has been discussed often, how iPhone and Android don't perform equally in certain situations, so you should be able to find an answer via the search function or have someone respond from experience.

Something else that catches my attention is how models are described differently in other countries and I suggest the more knowledgeable stalwarts-and-all build a reference to decipher what a 63 plate is.

Such a reference can be placed among the resources where our brilliantly devised metric/imperial converter sits.
