After 188.000 km it's time to replace the shock absorbers. My use is normal. Any brand /model recommends?

After 188.000 km it's time to replace the shock absorbers. My use is normal. Any brand /model recommends?

I put KYB Excel-G into one of mine, gave it a firmish ride and should last a long time as I have another that had them already when I got the car  and I estimate they've done 200000km with no issues.

Just not sure what setup your car has as I know some regions got a different strut spring package which are dimensionally different.
