2017 -warranty. Forget the other crap, warranty.
This response is no better than the dealerships I have been dealing with. If your wife/partner was driving a car in the depth of winter some distance from home and your car failed would you not consider a more appropriate response than this. We buy cars with WARRANTIES and accept the good faith of dealers. You obviously get a kick out of firing off rubbish. Maybe cinsider ?? spending some time helping people."its your problem , your warranty, your obligation to man-up and point to the judder. No further need to 'inspect'."

Mate with respect, its your problem , your warranty, your obligation to man-up and point to the judder. No further need to 'inspect'.Any question here about client to dealer relationship will result in about 90% negative responses. That seems to apply to virtually all the common brands.
