I Recently privately purchased a used 2016 Active x auto with 14000kms on it. Was 6 months overdue for service, has had all its services to date so booked in for the 60k service as per the recommended interval.
The service manager called me and commented on the extraordinarily low kms and advised to change the brake fluid as it apparently has a two year service life. The car I believe spent time on country roads so the cabin filter was also swapped out. I brought our tuscon from them in 2018 and they have looked after it from new. However I was impressed with the level of professionalism they showed today..... and call me a pushover they even washed it!
I have often heard dealerships referred to as “dealerships’, but I can happily say that I will be returning for my next service.

Good to hear. Ours was 9/16 Active X. Commuted around Sydney. Changed cabin filter was changed after 6 MONTHS due to being full of black crap complements of air quality and road grime. Changed every 6 months.
Sold ours 1 year ago with36k km on it.

No issues with regular changing of cabin filter but buying them wholesale and fitting them yourself would surely save a fortune over time...

I'm pretty sure it tells you in the manual. Only done one in an FD (series 1 ) model. Assume GD would be similar. Just open glovebox and twist and remove stays on either side that stop glovebox dropping too far. Then you can undo a couple of clips to slide old one out and put new one in. (or just clean old one if not too bad) bit of a shake and vacuum.

It is money for jam for the Dealer to do it..
