Is there a way to disable the hill holder on the 2019 i30 Active?

I don't think so. Has it been causing you grief? I had a current model 2017 PD SR ft or 2 years and the feature worked well without any problems.  I've also driven/hired several i30 actives without noticing an issue with that feature.

Thanks for your reply. I guess I'm just not used to it that's all. Other cars I've driven didn't have the feature. Oh well, I guess it's time to embrace new tech!

It is actually quite handy once you get used to it..
